Every Exceptionally Floral piece is individually handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Because our arrangements are handmade, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in appearance, placement, and materials. These natural variations are part of the character and artistry of a handcrafted creation.
Our pieces may contain delicate materials and decorative elements. Exceptionally Floral takes every reasonable precaution to package and protect each order prior to shipment. However, once a package has been shipped and leaves our possession, we cannot control how it is handled, transported, or delivered.
Exceptionally Floral is not responsible for damage, breakage, shifting, or other changes that may occur as a result of shipping carrier handling, transportation, delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully inspect their package upon arrival and handle their floral piece with care.

Due to the handcrafted and often custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
